Spun Spinach Salad

Large bunch spinach leaves, stems removed
3 spring onions thinly sliced
2 handfuls of button mushrooms (finely sliced)
A few red radishes (sliced)
A handful of toasted cashews or sunflower seeds
3 hard boiled eggs

Wash and spin the spinach, slice to long thin strips, mix with rest of the ingredients. Mushrooms should be sliced crosswise with stems on and just trimming the ends so they look tatty. Chop or grate the eggs, mix into the salad. Toss with French dressing with garlic.
