Muesli

½ cup honey
¼ cup pure olive oil
3 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup shredded coconut
½ sesame seeds (slightly ground)
¼ cup bran
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup wheat germ

1. Heat oven to 160c.

2. Whisk the honey and oil together and mix well with the dry ingredients.

3. Spread into an oven dish and bake for ½ -1 hour, mix and turn a few times so the muesli brown evenly.
