Apple Ginger Salad
This is a very simple salad that goes with almost any dish. The ginger is a natural digest-aid.

6 green apples
ΒΌ cup fresh orange juice
1t fresh grated ginger
2Tbs clear honey
3Tbs toasted sesame seeds

Quarter the apples, remove the cores and then finely slice by hand or in a processor. Combine the orange juice, ginger and honey, and pour over the apples immediately to prevent them going brown.
Add the toasted sesame seeds and toss well.
